We offer technical expertise on projects and programs for the Government of Nepal and development partners like International NGOs, Donors and Foundations. We will support in project design, implementation, evaluation and providing other business based solutions.
Grow Nepal advises impact investors, angle investors, banks and financial institutions and invests on their behalf. We support enterprises to become investment ready and are developing a proprietary investment fund.
Grow Nepal provides consultancy services to donors and (I)NGOs, that include: market-based solutions for programs related to Water and Sanitation, Disaster Risk Reduction, Women Economic Empowerment, Business Development and Entrepreneurship.
Renuka brings more than 15 years of experience in the areas of work that includes uplifting poor and marginalized women, and gender equality and social inclusion. She has led several programs focusing on governance, women's leadership and empowerment, Dalit rights, gender and inclusion and violence against women and girls (VAWGs) gender based violence. She is very passionate about the issues of women and the excluded groups, which has always been in the Centre of the programs and as a key priority and focus for her. Renuka holds MA in Sociology and Anthropology and is a graduate of development studies.
Alex leads Business Initiatives which challenges the shareholder-first business model and presents a positive vision for a fairer economy. He works with policy makers, academics, business leaders and investors to identify how the barriers to inclusive business models can be overcome and advocate for change. He has an MSc in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and a BA in Politics and Philosophy. He formerly worked for the corporate governance think-tank Tomorrow's Company and has worked as a sustainability advisor to multi-national corporations.
