Grow Nepal provides consultancy services to donors and (I)NGOs, that include: market-based solutions for programs related to Water and Sanitation, Disaster Risk Reduction, Women Economic Empowerment, Business Development and Entrepreneurship.
Mahendra holds Master’s degree in public health and brings in more than 25 years of experience and skills in managing all level of multiple program and projects in Public Health, Livelihoods and Food Security, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Enterprise Development Program (EDP) management etc. He brings in solid experiences of managing partners including NGOs, enterprises, cooperatives and private sector service providers and providing strategic directions and guidance for their capacity enhancement and growth. He has the expertise in identifying funding opportunities, preparing proposals to donors, and coordinating with relevant national, provincial and local Government, private sectors, non-Government partners and internal stakeholders. He also has practical experience in implementing advocacy and Right Based programming, applying women empowerment approaches, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion perspectives, Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction measures in Livelihoods and Water and Sanitation programs.
Ram is an experienced finance and logistic professional with more than 18 years of working experiences in the development sector. Working with different development agencies at different level, Ram has gained high level of knowledge in operations of the organization. Financial planning, budgeting, accounting, analysis and interpretation of financial transactions, procurement, fleet, asset management, warehouse management are some of the key areas of this expertise. Ram holds master’s degree in Management and Social Science.
Renuka brings more than 15 years of experience in the areas of work that includes uplifting poor and marginalized women, and gender equality and social inclusion. She has led several programs focusing on governance, women's leadership and empowerment, Dalit rights, gender and inclusion and violence against women and girls (VAWGs) gender-based violence. She is very passionate about the issues of women and the excluded groups, which has always been in the Centre of the programs and as a key priority and focus for her. Renuka holds MA in Sociology and Anthropology and is a graduate of development studies.
Alex leads Business Initiatives which challenges the shareholder-first business model and presents a positive vision for a fairer economy. He works with policy makers, academics, business leaders and investors to identify how the barriers to inclusive business models can be overcome and advocate for change. He has an MSc in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and a BA in Politics and Philosophy. He formerly worked for the corporate governance think-tank Tomorrow's Company and has worked as a sustainability advisor to multi-national corporations.
Cecilia Keizer is a development professional having more than 30 years of international experience in Asia (Nepal, Bhutan, Laos, Indonesia, Cambodia and Bangladesh), Africa (Ghana, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania and Liberia) and Latin America (Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, and Colombia). She has an extensive senior management track record of running multi sectoral sustainable development and humanitarian programs. She studied Higher Professional Education for Social Sciences and holds a post graduate degree in Management for the not-for-profit sector. She has worked in various positions: Oxfam Asia Change Manager, Country Director for Oxfam in Nepal and Indonesia; Director at BiD Network Foundation (organization which supports entrepreneurs) and Wemos( Netherlands based health sector NGO); and has served SNV Netherlands Development Organizations for over 17 years, holding Country Directors, Regional Coordinator, Program Officers and Advisory positions working with Government institutions, NGOs and Community Based Organizations.
